Creating Your Own Automation

You can create your own automation by selecting an app and setting the trigger.  After that, you can choose which action should occur and when. For more details follow these steps:

  • Go to your site's Dashboard 
  • Click on the Manage Contact Option on the left sidebar 
  • Contact Management window will open 
  • Click on the Automation option
  • Click on the Add New Automation on the top right corner 
  • Set Trigger, Action & Timing as per your needs 
  • Set status to Active 
  • Click on the Save button 
  • Click on Activate located at the top right corner
