How To Delete User Account On JoonWeb?

In order to delete your JoonWeb account, you will have to first, delete all your JoonWeb sites. After that, follow these steps:

• Sign in to your JoonWeb account 
• On the top-right corner, click on your account drop-down menu
• Click on the Profile option
• Scroll down  to the bottom
• Click on the Delete Your Account button

Conditions For Deletion/Removal Of User Account

• Before deleting one's User Account, a user must delete all the transactions between User & JoonWeb.
• A user must also delete all the data related to services received by him/her including E-mails, domains & websites purchased from JoonWeb.  
• It will take about 7-15 days for your website/account to be completely deleted/removed from our database including all the user's data.
